According to foreign media reported on October 25th, Daimler launched a pure electric heavy concept truck E-Fuso Vision One at the Tokyo auto show this week. Daimler said that the mass production version will be available in four years for Japan and Europe.
The pure electric heavy truck, produced by Daimler's MITSUBISHI oerson bus company, weighs 23 tons, and its load capacity is close to the same grade diesel truck, about 11 tons, only two tons less than the diesel truck. Daimler admits that they have not yet prepared for the introduction of long-distance electric trucks, but instead regard them as the means of transportation in the city. The car can run 217 miles at a TVU. .
This concept car has continued well with Daimler's recently launched light duty electric truck eCanter. ECanter weighs 7.5 tons, and it can run 62 miles to 75 miles once a TV University. The first eCanter was listed in Japan. In the United States, eCanter also provides transportation services for ups and many other organizations, including the Wildlife Conservation Association.
