If the pressure reducing valve 8 freezes after the K25 is installed with the single fuel LPG kit, the following important conditions may cause:
1. antifreeze is not fully filled
2. there are bubbles inside the antifreeze, which collect at the high points, including the water circuit circulation of the pressure reducing valve, and it needs to be vented
(please refer to K25 method for filling water and releasing bubbles)
3. whether the circulating water pipeline 5 is smooth and whether the pipe diameter can guarantee the flow
4. the height of water pipes is too high, and the flow of water circulating to high places is very small
5. whether the heavy load operation is carried out directly after idling or just starting, resulting in the water temperature not rising and the pressure reducing valve cooling too much.
Especially in some northern regions, where it is cold in winter, it is necessary to idle to normal water temperature before forklift operation.
This is more obvious if the forklift is equipped with a heater.
6. the thermostat will limit a certain amount of water flow, and may freeze in case of exposure, which will cause the water flow to be blocked after the hot car. Consider removing this component
