Japan's Komatsu (Komatsu) is the world's second largest construction machinery group, with 142 subordinate enterprises and 33 thousand employees, with an annual output value of more than US $20 billion. The history of Komatsu can be traced back to the first World War. In January 1917, the bamboo inner Mining Co., Ltd. (founded in 1894) in Ishikawa County, Japan, was established in 1894. In order to produce mining machinery, the Komatsu railway station was set up near Komatsu station in Komatsu, the county. In May 13, 1921, ten years ago, the Komatsu ironworker was separated from the bamboo mining (strain) and founded its own Komatsu plant, which had 121 employees at that time. In 1924, the first 450 ton hydraulic press of Komatsu was put into operation. In October 1931, Komatsu produced the first farm tractor in Japan. In May 1938, Komatsu became the company's headquarters in the 23 factories of Fu Jin Jin. During World War II, Komatsu was involved in military production. In January 1943, the CAT bulldozer captured by Komatsu's reference Japanese army developed the "Komatsu 1 earth machine", which is the predecessor of Komatsu bulldozer.
After World War II, Japan's restoration and reconstruction and the Korean War have strongly promoted the economic development of Japan. In December 1947, Komatsu introduced the production of D50 crawler bulldozer. In August 1951, Komatsu moved its headquarters to Tokyo 330 kilometers east of Komatsu city. During this period, the main business of Komatsu was bulldozers. In October 1952, Komatsu built the Osaka plant and began producing graders, forklifts and dump trucks. In September 1956, it began to produce crawler loaders. In December 1962, Komatsu built a factory in Xiaoshan City, and worked with the Cummins to produce diesel engines. In June 1963, Komatsu worked with the US competition Los (BUCYRUS) to produce HT series hydraulic excavators (technical cooperation agreement was suspended in March 1981). In the late 60s, Komatsu began to expand overseas. In January 1967, Komatsu set up Komatsu Europe (strain) in Belgium, which is its first overseas company. In February 1970, Komatsu American company was established and Komatsu Singapore company was established in January 1971. After that, the company set up overseas companies in Mexico, Brazil, Australia, Britain, Germany, Indonesia and other countries. In September 1988, Komatsu joint venture with Dreiser industries of the United States, founded Xiao Song de se se company to produce mine cars, and bought all the shares in 1994. Komatsu mine used to be the US haulpak (Howe), the main models include 630E, 730E, 930E, 960E, the largest model is 960E, the carrying capacity is 327 tons.
Liebherr (Liebherr) was founded in 1949 in Kisch Dov, a small town in the southern part of Germany. It started with tower cranes. In 50s, we began to produce hydraulic excavators and loaders and other products. In 1970, Liebherr set up a North American branch in Newport News, Virginia, USA to build production plants and spare parts storehouses, and mainly produce excavators. In 80s, due to the decline of the construction machinery market in the United States, the plant interrupted production and the workshop was used for warehousing transfer. In 1999, Liebherr reorganized the US company. The factory in Newport News carried out a large-scale renovation and launched a T282 electric wheel dump truck with a capacity of 327 tons. In 2004, it was upgraded to T282B, with a load capacity of 400 short tons (363 tons). This is the largest electric wheel dump truck in the world.
Beras (Belaz) is located in Zhodino, 50 kilometers east of Minsk, capital of Belarus. The former is a heavy mining machinery factory formed in the Soviet era (1948). In 1958, it was transformed into a Belarus automobile factory and produced a MAZ-525 type 25 ton truck. In 1960, a 40 ton MAZ-530 model car was launched. In 1961, the BELAZ-540 dump truck with a capacity of 27 tons was launched. In 1968, 75 tons of BELAZ-549 were launched. In 1971, the weight of BELAZ-7519 has reached 110 tons. The BELAZ-75211 capacity in 1982 was 170 tons. In 1990, she worked with Komatsu in Japan to launch a Belaz-75501 model truck loaded with 280 tons. In 2005, Belas launched the BELAZ-75600, which is the largest model with a capacity of 320 tons. Belas had 12 thousand employees in his prime. In the 50-70 century of last century, China imported more than 3000 sets of 20-40 ton mine trucks from Belas. After the disintegration of the Soviet Union, Allah became weak. Its mining vehicle components are mainly imported from Russia and Europe. In recent years, Belas began to seek cooperation with Shougang heavy truck and other Chinese enterprises.
