On November 12, KHL released the ranking of "the world's largest crane manufacturer" in icm20 in 2020. XCMG won the top of the world's crane manufacturers, jumping three places from the fourth in the world last year.
According to the top 10 global crane manufacturers in 2021 (including mobile cranes and tower cranes) released on November 15, Zoomlion crane sales ranked first in the world, with a year-on-year increase of 68.05%.
Due to the different organizations and statistical methods of the two lists, the actual ranking is also different. However, as leading enterprises of construction machinery, XCMG, Zoomlion and sany group are selected into the annual list with their own achievements, which proves to us the strength of "made in China" of domestic cranes.
The domestic hoisting market has accelerated into the rising channel
In recent years, under the combined influence of increased infrastructure demand, export pull and stricter environmental protection, crane products have been innovated and enterprises have accelerated innovation. Among them, the downstream of crawler crane mainly includes wind power, nuclear power and chemical construction, which are at the core of the national long-term development strategy and have been favored by the market.

According to the top 10 global crane manufacturers in 2021, the total sales of the top 10 global mobile crane manufacturers in 2021 amounted to US $16.553 billion, a year-on-year increase of 15.30%.
Major enterprises also continuously invest in technological innovation, intensively cultivate in product replacement, technology upgrading, emission standards and resource integration, and constantly innovate for the intelligent and electric development of cranes.
According to the data of two top 10 rankings, the sales of three Chinese enterprises have jumped sharply year-on-year. Looking back on the development of the industry, since 17 years ago, the sales volume of domestic truck cranes has increased by more than 30% in three years, and the export record of hoisting machinery has been updated repeatedly.
Looking back on the development of construction machinery in the 13th five year plan, as a post cycle product of construction machinery, hoisting machinery has gradually become one of the power sources driving the sustainable recovery of construction machinery industry in the medium term. Some industry experts predict that in the next two years, hoisting machinery may continue to be at the peak of equipment renewal, which is expected to relay excavators and prolong the business cycle of domestic construction machinery industry. In the face of a broader international market, "made in China" has been given the task of challenging itself while going abroad. However, there is no doubt that the pace of "becoming bigger and stronger" of Chinese crane products has never stopped.
