This year, AEM launched a series of conexpo-con / AGG technology seminars to help professionals in the construction industry understand what technologies can be found in today's market and what potential return (ROI) these technologies can provide to their adopters over time - the latter may be more important.
End users can watch a large number of live and on-demand content to obtain exclusive and valuable information about various topics. These themes are among the priorities of the association's CE sectoral Committee in promoting end-users to strengthen technology adoption.
"AEM recognizes the need to provide educational opportunities for equipment end users with the necessary tools and information to complete their work more efficiently and have a more positive impact on their final results," said Brooke konopacki, director of educational content of AEM. "Our conexpo-con / AGG technology seminar provides contractors with access to first-hand on-demand content, enabling them to understand cutting-edge technologies and how they can promote their business growth in the real world."
Live conference
The conexpo-con / AGG technical seminar held its first live conference in February this year. At the meeting, the construction overview of the passenger rapid transit system project of Las Vegas Convention Center was described in detail, and some technologies used to complete the underground transportation system were emphasized.
The second meeting was held in April, during which the latest information and insights on telematics technology were presented. Three companies organized an expert panel discussion - schlouch incorporated, barrier Construction Co. LLC and branch civil - focusing on how to use telematics to process data and equipment data at the same time to maximize their potential, and use technology to support field operations and business operations.
The final third live conference was held at the utility exhibition in September, during which various equipment models and machine control applications (including compact crawler loaders, tilt rotators and basic solutions easily accessible to customers) were demonstrated.
On demand content
