He judged that, driven by the "double carbon" strategy, new energy commercial vehicles will undergo accelerated development in the future. Mining, ports, steel plants, coal bases, urban logistics, engineering and environmental sanitation and other use scenarios will be a large number of new energy commercial vehicles, and new energy commercial vehicles will develop from developed cities to ordinary cities.
The sales volume of new energy vehicles increased explosively
From the annual data, since 2021, the sales volume of new energy vehicles has shown explosive growth. From 2018 to 2020, the annual sales volume will be 1.2 million; In 2021, the sales volume of new energy vehicles increased by 156% year on year, reaching 3.266 million; In the first five months of 2022, the sales volume of new energy vehicles has reached 1.829 million, with a year-on-year increase of 109.6%. According to this situation, the sales volume of this year will also be significantly higher than that of last year.
New energy heavy truck: a pattern of "power exchange + charging" will be formed
According to the terminal licensing data, in the first half of 2022, a total of 10120 new energy heavy cards were sold, with a year-on-year increase of 491%. Among them, 4887 new energy heavy cards were sold, with a year-on-year increase of nearly 15 times and a share of 48.29%, becoming the mainstay of driving the rapid growth of new energy heavy cards.
The bright prospect of the new energy commercial vehicle market has attracted various enterprises to compete for layout. Among them, in the field of new energy heavy trucks, pure electric heavy trucks in the power exchange mode are more and more favored by the market due to their advantages such as fast power exchange, low operating costs and alleviating mileage anxiety. Xu Changming believes that in the future, new energy heavy trucks will form a pattern of "electricity exchange + charging". According to the research, under the power exchange mode, the purchase cost of vehicles is high, and the use frequency of vehicles is the key factor to determine the profit and loss. At the same time, due to the huge investment in the power exchange station, the power exchange mode can achieve rapid profit and loss balance only under the high-frequency use scenario, while the investment in the charging station is relatively low, and the charging mode is more cost-effective for medium and low-frequency transportation.
