It is likely that the inventory of spare parts will be sluggish, and if it is not released, it is easy to be out of stock, which often puts enterprises in a dilemma.

Due to the lack of inbound and outbound data, experts can only make inventory plans based on experience. The service department hopes that the more parts the better. The financial department requires cost control, which makes him very embarrassed.

Key to solve inventory mismatch

The maintenance and wearing parts still have the greatest demand for spare parts. We have entered the era of big data and artificial intelligence, but many enterprises still don't pay attention to data, and a large number of product IOT data are still idle.
