The data of production, electromechanical, transportation, ventilation, drainage, safety monitoring and other systems can be transmitted to the ground in real time through 5g signals, and workers can complete their operations in the bright dispatching and command center.
It is understood that since July 2019, Xinyan coal mine has gradually implemented intelligent transformation from point to face. Two intelligent fully mechanized mining faces have been built, 28 subsystems have been intelligently transformed, and 20 posts have been unattended.
"Now, only one person needs to start it with one key in the ground centralized control center, and the underground trough belt conveyor, scraper conveyor, transfer machine, crusher and shearer can start in turn, and the coal will be transported to the ground bunker in an endless stream." Ding Shijin, the technical director of the first comprehensive mining team of Xinyan coal mine, said that after the shearer cuts in the front, the hydraulic support will be automatically pulled and moved, the transportation opportunity will be automatically pushed in place, the support guard plate will be automatically retracted or pulled out, and all operations will be unmanned.
Take the 501 fully mechanized working face of Xinyan coal mine as an example. In the past, three shearer drivers, four hydraulic support workers and five cargo handlers were needed. Now, only one person is required to conduct remote control on the ground and two people are required to conduct safety patrol. The working team has also been reduced from 130 to 65, and the intelligence rate has reached more than 90%.
According to Mei Jun, Xinyan coal mine has reduced the cost per ton of coal by 15 yuan and the labor cost by 30 million yuan / year through intelligent transformation.
02. Information technology helps mine transformation and upgrading
