The pulse industry moves with the momentum
According to the statistical data published by the Mining Machinery Association of the engineering machinery industry association, in May 2018, 19313 units of various types of mining machinery products were sold, and the increase was 71.3%. In 2018, 25 mainframe manufacturing enterprises which were included in the 1~5 month of 2018 sold 105935 types of mining machinery products, up 60.2%. Liugong increased by 90% in the same period, leading the industry. In an interview after the meeting, Huang Haibo told reporters that Liugong wanted to gain further growth in the stock market or improve its competitiveness, and more to return to the original point to understand the pain point of the customer.
At the same time, he also said that engineering machinery, as a cyclical industry, is now in a new rising cycle. For the future trend of the market and the trend of industry development, Huang Haibo has given such a judgment, the adjustment of the industry cycle, still full of confidence, from the second half of 2016 to the whole industry this year. It's all fast growth. We will also prejudge that there is a slight adjustment period in 2019 or 2020, but it will not fall as fast as it used to be, and it is possible that the industry will adjust down to 5~10 percentage points, of course different product lines do not behave the same. Excavators, forklifts and even cranes will continue to grow in 2019. In general, the whole industry will be adjusted and will not be as fast as it used to be.
It is understood that with the growth of the industry, many manufacturers in the industry have begun a new round of expansion of capacity, willow workers here also have their own actions, but the blind expansion of capacity will inevitably bring about the consequences of the vicious competition in the industry, making the healthy development of the enterprise industry suffer. Huang Haibo told reporters confidently that our judgment has several data. First, the first is the factory building, the second is the equipment, and the third is the personnel capacity. In the face of such a capacity process, Liugong chose to use automatic and intelligent manufacturing to solve the problem of production capacity. At the same time, it also made up for the reduction of such a bottleneck in the past adjustment cycle, so it was not long ago that Liu began to enter the industrial machine industry.
