In June 15, 2018, the seminar on equipment manufacturing industry cluster research organized by the Foreign Affairs Department of the Ministry of Commerce was held in Changsha economic development zone. The conference focuses on the development theme of the equipment manufacturing industry cluster in the national level, and discusses the development status and prospects of the equipment manufacturing industry, and arranges and deploys the landing work of the industrial cluster research.
Prior to that, the Ministry of Commerce of the Ministry of Commerce commissioned 4 opening zones in Chengdu, Kunshan, Ningbo petrochemical and Changsha to carry out research on automobile, electronic information, petrochemical and equipment manufacturing industry clusters respectively. At present, there are 18 members of the research group on equipment manufacturing industry cluster, and the Changsha economic development zone is the group leader unit.
"Each opening area has the advantage industry and development direction. It is necessary to extract the experience and development path, and put forward practical and operational countermeasures and suggestions to the development and trend of the same industry in the world." At the meeting, 14 representatives from the Tianjin Jing Kai District, the Changchun Jing Kai District, the Xuchang Jing Kai District, and so on, put forward many constructive suggestions.
Zhang Qinghong, deputy secretary of the Party Work Committee of Changsha and the deputy director of the Committee of the management committee, introduced that the Changsha Jing Kai District has always positioned the engineering machinery as the leading industry of the park, enjoying the reputation of "the capital of engineering machinery". Last November, the Changsha city set up 22 industrial advantages and new industrial chain promotion office, of which the construction machinery industry chain promotion office in Changsha Jing Kai District, mainly to carry out industrial research, precision investment and enterprise cultivation and other work. In the latest publication of the top 10 list of China's construction machinery industry in 2018, the park has 4 enterprises listed on the list of Sany, ZOOMLION, mountain and river intelligence and iron construction heavy industry. In 1-4 months of this year, the output value of the Changsha open area engineering machinery industry was 31 billion 748 million yuan, up 14.28%. The annual growth rate is expected to be 9.87%, and the output value can exceed 100 billion yuan.
