As the first drafter of the "National Fourth" standard, Liu Shunli, director of Jinan Automobile Testing Center Co., Ltd., comprehensively analyzed the four-phase emission standards for non-road mobile machinery, and introduced in detail the internal requirements and requirements of the "National Fourth" emission for engine companies.
