Securities Daily: Weichai development has undergone tremendous changes in the past 20 years. Please rank in your mind. Which achievement is the most important and which is the most important achievement?
Tan: this year is the 40 year of reform and opening up. It is also general secretary Xi Jinping's inspection of Weichai 10th anniversary, or Weichai's reform and innovation and development for 20 years. Looking back on the journey we have gone through in the past 20 years, we summed up the three sentence and roughly went through three stages.
The first is reform and breakthroughs. We solved the problem of state-owned enterprise system and mechanism 20 years ago. We call for a thorough reform in the spirit of breaking the spirit and breaking the wrist. The second stage is our innovation drive, we use the general secretary to evaluate the main industry, grasp the main industry, take the engine as the core to promote the development of the main industry, no matter how ups and downs, changes in the industry, we have not shaken the development of our main industry. Economic Daily: the economic situation in the first half of the country is more severe. What is the feeling of Weichai? What is the economic efficiency of Shandong heavy industry group? What is the judgement of the economic situation in the second half? In recent years, Weichai group has made significant strategic adjustments and economic structural readjustment, so how can we maintain sustained and steady growth in the future?
Tan: in the first half of this year, Shandong heavy industry group once again handed in a beautiful transcript to the community and to the people of Shandong. According to today's express, the total revenue has been realized by 128 billion 200 million yuan, an increase of 17% over the same period. Shandong heavy industry realized a profit of 7 billion 500 million yuan in the first half of this year, an increase of 69% over the same period last year. In 2016, it increased significantly, and in 2017, it increased significantly compared with 2016. This year it has increased by nearly 70% compared with the same period last year. The third set of data is that the group domestic enterprises pay taxes 4 billion 650 million yuan, an increase of 23% over the same period last year 3 billion 780 million. Guangming Daily: during the two sessions of this year, General Secretary Xi said that Weichai is the result of the main industry without distraction. How do you understand the main industry that the general secretary has put forward, and the intersection is also to promote the development of the main industry, not the speculation. Can Weichai's practice and experience be shared with other colleagues?
Tan: we are very excited about the general secretary's comment. It is the two points to focus on the main business and complement the industry. The first enterprise to go to the peak, only to do the main business without distraction, and just in the opposite of this problem, it is a sign that we have some enterprises, a large number of enterprises or state-owned enterprises, what to make money to do, real estate make money to do real estate, when the main business does not make money, use real estate profits. Run together, there is no hope for such enterprises. To complement the development of the main industry, that is to say that in the development of the main industry, we should inject a number of elements into the main industry to make the main industry more powerful, which is called to complement each other.
Economic Herald: Weichai bought the Xiang torch in 2005 and took charge of Shaanxi heavy duty truck and the French company. How are these enterprises developing now? Are you satisfied?
Tan: in 2005, in order to develop the main engine of the main industry, Weichai made a creative purchase of the Hunan torch, controlled the Shaanxi heavy steam of the Xi'an plate, Shaanxi and the hande bridge, and became the first commercial model in China and the world. Weichai has been the main Xi'an enterprise for 13 years. The development of the 13 years is obvious to all. The provincial government of the Shaanxi provincial Party committee has given full recognition to the investment and development of Weichai in Shaanxi. Recently, the Secretary of the Shaanxi Provincial Committee of the Provincial Committee of the Provincial Committee of Shaanxi specially met with me, put forward the goal of future development, invested 5 billion to 10 billion, and built a full series of commercial vehicles in Shaanxi, and is now communicating with the relevant departments of the Shaanxi provincial government.

Tan: I believe that breaking the gap is the core of the reform of state-owned enterprises and the core of redistribution of interests. It is a problem that our state-owned enterprises need to solve if they are not holding the main business. We think that the key point of the reform of state owned enterprises mentioned by general secretary is that many state-owned enterprises in China do not understand what he is doing in foreign countries. I think there is great hope for state-owned enterprises as long as we follow the general secretary's request.
Shandong radio and television station: you are a lot of people called "Crazy" entrepreneurs, the development of these 20 years, it is because you have such a "madman" like spirit, may have also created the Weichai today. What kind of spirit do you think you should have as an entrepreneur? The second question is, would you like to talk about Shandong's ecosystem of cultivating entrepreneurs?
Tan: This is a very important issue, which is to promote entrepreneurship. During the two sessions this year, I also interviewed specially. I think a country's strong, a lot of "Crazy" like entrepreneurs, I have said many times, GE Jack Welch, Apple's CEO Jobs, he was in the period of CEO, he pursued the ultimate product, constantly meet the increasing demand of customers. A truly excellent entrepreneur, I understand 6 words, the first is that an excellent entrepreneur has a sense of smell, a strong sense of smell, and at any time it can feel its business opportunities. Second, we must have the spirit of responsibility, that is, govern by doing nothing. Entrepreneurs should not be afraid of accidents and dare not bear them. Third is the passion.

Tan Zong: the transformation of new and old energy in Shandong is to achieve high quality new and old kinetic energy conversion. There is no permanent traditional business and no permanent new business. Constant pursuit of high quality transformation is the essence of the transformation of new and old kinetic energy. Economic Observer: at present, many central enterprises are restructuring, before the market rumors, Weichai and heavy truck also need to restructure. Do you think Weichai and heavy steam will be reorganized?
Tan: I haven't heard of it. Weichai and heavy truck belong to large enterprises in Shandong province. Today, in the rapid development of the country, they are all growing up. I have not heard any information about the reorganization of the two enterprises, but I think that the two enterprises should play the role of the main force in the new and old kinetic energy conversion of Shandong.
China forklift network: does Weichai have specific timetable for hydrogen fuel cell? Is there any specific way to implement it in the field of industrial vehicles?
Tan: I would like to sum up a few words briefly. First, the diesel engine business will not be destroyed, and the space will be huge. However, as a pluralistic energy structure, this is the strategic orientation of China's future development. For example, we are studying the solid oxide fuel cell leading the world, which has been announced to the community, and we will hold a 20% stake in the UK's Tin re energy, a listed company in London. At the same time, we have undertaken a major task of national new energy, that is, hydrogen fuel cell. This has been approved by the state, and the state will provide financial support. The Shandong provincial government also fully supports us in doing this. We will take Ji'nan, the capital of Shandong Province as the main force, to promote the landing of the hydrogen fuel engine of 2000 city buses and to build a green city. China industry newspaper: as the largest diesel engine R & D and production enterprise in our country, how can Weichai face the subversive change and the intelligent manufacturing wave brought about by the current new energy development?
Tan general: there will be some changes in the field of heavy commercial vehicles in the future, but there will be no fundamental change in the diesel of heavy commercial vehicles. However, there will be a change in some parts. For example, the logistics vehicles in the city, the last kilometer will be replaced by the diesel fuel to the new energy, which is affirmative and unswerving. But it's not as subversive as the society says.
There is no doubt that cars in cities, especially large and medium-sized cities, will be electrified. We are promoting the use of hydrogen fuel cells in the city, with the aim of enhancing national environmental protection. At the two sessions this year, I made a suggestion to the general secretary to implement the six emission of the country ahead of schedule. As we all know, the pollution of heavy trucks in our city is mainly caused by emissions below three of the country. I hope that the state will issue laws and regulations as soon as possible so as to speed up the handover of the three emissions from the eliminated countries. This will bring a blue sky and white cloud to our common people.
China automobile newspaper: recently the Ministry of ecological environment has issued the "2018-2019 years of blue sky defense key area strengthening supervision program", and the Ministry of transportation also proposed the elimination plan of heavy cards in three and below. Do you think the three cars in the country will be speeded up? As a leading commercial vehicle enterprise, what are the preparations for the technology upgrading and emission upgrading of Weichai? Will the market share continue to improve in the future?
Tan: I would like to briefly summarize a few words: first, I strongly appeal to the relevant government departments to completely eliminate the heavy vehicles below three of the country's emissions. Second, I loudly appeal to the Ministry of environmental protection to speed up or implement the six national standards in advance. Technology is no problem, or cities like the metropolis and the north are going to take the lead. Third, I am not concerned about market share. I am concerned about customer satisfaction and not satisfied with our products. My idea is that customer satisfaction is our aim. I believe that customers will be satisfied.
Economic reference Daily: in June 28th, you spoke in the capacity of CO chairman of the global hydrogen energy industry alliance. Please tell me what kind of organization it is.
Tan: in June 28th of this year, I attended a meeting of an association of the global hydrogen alliance. Wan Gang, vice chairman of the CPPCC National Committee and some leaders participated in the meeting. It was also a big scale. It is the development of hydrogen fuel in the whole society that the development of hydrogen fuel cell engine is not the responsibility of light. He is a system engineering, refining, popularizing, and safety of hydrogen, and turning it into a hydrogen energy society. This organization is promoting the global transformation to hydrogen energy society. Because Shandong is rich in hydrogen energy resources, Weichai is the recipient of the national new energy major project. As a joint chairman, I have participated in a global organization of hydrogen energy. Reference News: last year, Weichai and mate of Belarus set up a joint venture and stayed in the middle white industrial park. You said it was a ten year old love end. Please introduce the background and progress of the project.
Tan: Belarus and China are strategic partnerships. Last year I followed Gong Zheng, the governor of Shandong Province, to Belarus. We signed a project to produce the engine with the mates group in Belarus. This project, at that time, promised the Belarus government that the project will be put into production in November 18th this year, when all the people present were present. Surprised, according to the progress of their country, the project is estimated for five years to go into production. The project is progressing smoothly. What is the starting point and purpose of the recent increase in the stock market? What do you think about the performance of Weichai Power in the first half of the year?
Tan general: there is a regulatory requirement for the listed company. I now answer the question in the identity of the large shareholders. As a share of the large shareholder's increase in the power of the Weichai, it marks the confidence in the future sustainable development of the Weichai Power. I think the company's share price and sales revenue are not directly proportional. In the first half of the year, a pretty answer will be handed over to all shareholders.

Tan: you may feel the culture of Weichai people through today's meeting. Culture may be the most important. It is a big problem for the Chinese people to break the drums and drums to make innovation.
