On July 29, 2022, the China Construction Machinery Industry Association (hereinafter referred to as the Association) organized the kick-off meeting of the group standard and the draft video seminar of the code for electrical circuit layout of construction machinery. This standard was developed under the leadership of Guangxi Liugong Machinery Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Guangxi Liugong), and was officially approved by the association on November 2, 2021 (Plan No.: jh-2021-032).
Present at the meeting were: Wang Jinxing, Deputy Secretary General of the association, song Jinyun, deputy director of the Department of standards and regulations, Tang Tao, director of Guangxi Liugong Machinery Co., Ltd., Guiyang Yongqing Yidian Technology Co., Ltd., LOVOL Engineering Machinery Group Co., Ltd., Changsha Anrui Electrical Appliance Co., Ltd., Liuzhou Shuangfei auto electrical accessories manufacturing Co., Ltd., Shanhe Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd 25 representatives from 10 units including Jiangsu ningwen Technology Co., Ltd., Anhui Heli Co., Ltd., Sany high altitude Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. and Xuzhou Weika Electronic Control Technology Co., Ltd. attended the online video conference. The meeting was presided over by deputy director songjinyun.
First of all, deputy director Song Jinyun extended a warm welcome to the representatives of the online participating units, introduced the leaders and members of the drafting units who participated in this standard meeting, and presided over the discussion and exchange of the draft standard.
Deputy Secretary General Wang Jinxing briefly introduced the standardization policy closely related to group standards issued by the state in recent years, as well as the basic situation and achievements of the association in carrying out group standards in recent years. Wang Jinxing also affirmed the efforts made by Guangxi Liugong in the process of standard formulation in the early stage, and put forward work requirements for the formulation of technological standards that fill the gap in the industry. He hoped that the representatives of the enterprise participating in the meeting could give full play to their respective advantages in the exchange discussion, put forward reasonable opinions, and promote the wide application and promotion of this group standard in the whole industry.
Director Tang Tao introduced the background and significance of Guangxi Liugong taking the lead in drafting group standards, as well as some work foundations carried out by the company for the formulation of early standards. He hoped that the formulation of this standard could reflect the progressiveness of electrical circuit layout and improve the technical level of complete construction machinery products. President Tang also said that Guangxi Liugong will play a leading role, fully absorb the professional opinions of all parties, and cooperate with upstream and downstream units to promote the formulation of this standard. At the same time, it is emphasized that this standard should reflect the professionalism of industry participation and the universality of opinions, and complete the task of standard preparation in strict accordance with standard procedures with quality and quantity guaranteed, so as to strive to make this standard an advanced standard of the industry, and finally promote the technological progress of the industry.
Huang Hui, senior project engineer of Guangxi Liugong, on behalf of the standard preparation team, introduced the preparation of the group standard of the code for electrical circuit layout of construction machinery, and reported on the preparation instructions and contents of the draft standard. All participants actively participated in the discussion and exchange, and fully exchanged and discussed the framework structure and technical content involved in the standard from different angles of the enterprise, according to the characteristics of different products, and in combination with the actual situation of the industry.
This group standard launch meeting and draft seminar was a complete success, and the participants reached a broad consensus. This standard standardizes the electrical circuit design and layout of construction machinery, provides a basis for the electrical circuit safety and product appearance improvement of construction machinery products, and will greatly improve the reliability, safety and appearance quality of construction machinery products. In the next step, the standard preparation group will further improve the standard documents according to the revision opinions formed during the discussion of this meeting, and carry out the consultation work in the whole industry as soon as possible in accordance with the relevant requirements of the association's standard management.
